The online analysis system of Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis (PGNAA) for cement elements is a bright spot in the intelligent mining project. After the system is put into operation, the process flow is simplified, the personnel allocation is reduced, and the quality of limestone entering the plant can be controlled at any time through the mobile APP. During the using process, the problem of representativeness of limestone sampling before is solved, and the detection time is shortened from several hours to a few minutes. After that, the quality of material proportioning has been greatly improved, the stability of limestone quality and the efficiency of quality management has been improved.
The GPS Intelligent Fleet Dispatching Management System in the project can realize the efficient and accurate monitoring and management of transportation vehicles, shovels and other equipment, improve the use efficiency of large equipment, reduce energy consumption, and provide a management and control platform for future driverless transport vehicles.
