A-MINERAL was successfully applied at a copper mine of Western Mining Group in 2021. This site integrates mining, processing and smelting together. DFMC undertook the intelligent mine construction at this site and EA-MINERAL was installed across the conveyor belt after crusher. The measured data correlated well with R2 = 0.998, and with good trend consistency.
At present, most of the plants use X-ray fluorescence or chemical assay method for quality control. Being compared with which, EA-MINERAL has the following technical advantages:
1) Comprehensive: all materials passed through are measured and are highly representative.
2) Fast: results are available every minute, without the need for sampling and sample preparation.
3) Stable: non-contact measurement, long-term stable operation. The material flowing through the channel of EA-MINERAL does not come into contact with the detector, which reduces the mechanical failure rate, and the detector uses constant temperature control measures to ensure the long-term stable operation.
