EA-SINTER is an online measuring instrument used for real-time detection of element content in sintered mixture and sintered finished ore. It can simultaneously analyze the content of various elements such as calcium, silicon, iron, sulfur, etc. Automatic sintering can be realized according to the chemical composition of the material.
EA-SINTER uses a modular structure, which is convenient to install and maintain. The whole measurement process follows non-contact principle, thereby ensuring longer, safer and more stable operating time. It also realizes full material flow and full element detection which ensures remarkable representativeness.
